All design work is done by Phillip Rye, in-house, with seamless communication with you on the project. If the local City requires stamped architectural drawings, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings, Phillip works closely with appropriate person that can provide these. However, these expensive drawings can typically be replaced with a very detailed set of construction drawings, specifications, and subcontractor provided drawings.
We specialize in working closely with our clients on the design of office build-outs, doctor's office build-outs, commercial remodeling, and ground up construction.
