Phillip and his wife, April, have been married for 29 years and have built a life in Bryant Arkansas with their 2 daughters, Madison and Savannah.
One of Phillip's passions is piloting.
He has his Pilot's license and enjoys flying his J35 Beechcraft Bonanza.
Phillip has grown up a Razorback fan and attended the U of A where he earned his Bachelors in Civil engineering.
